Once again, fierce rivals University of Santo Tomas and La Salle will engage in what is practically a best-of-three for the No. 2 spot in the UAAP Season 87 women’s volleyball tournament.
Game 1 is the knockout for twice-to-beat protection on Wednesday. Game 2 is the start of the Final Four on Saturday, where the winner of “Game 1” can sweep its way to a championship berth.

It almost feels destined that University of Santo Tomas and La Salle will cross paths with a lot on the line in the UAAP Season 87 women’s volleyball tournament.
“It’s like we’re meant to be,” UST captain and libero Detdet Pepito said, smiling.
