Bronson Reed sends brutal threat to WWE newcomer; teases feud

Bronson Reed threatened a WWE newcomer today on social media and teased a potential rivalry against the popular star. The RAW star interfered in the Men’s Money in the Bank ladder match this past Saturday night and helped Seth Rollins pick up the victory.

Mr. Iguana took the WWE Universe by storm following his appearance at Worlds Collide over the weekend. The veteran also made an appearance in the crowd during Money in the Bank and got a huge pop from the fans in attendance.

Bronson Reed is seemingly annoyed by Mr. Iguana’s surge in popularity and called him out today on social media.

“I can’t wait to TSUNAMI Mr. Iguana and make y’all cry,” wrote Reed.

Mr. Iguana teamed up with Aero Star and Octagon Jr. to defeat Lince Dorado and LWO’s Cruz Del Toro and Dragon Lee at Worlds Collide this past Saturday night. Dominik Mysterio confronted Octagon Jr. following the match and successfully defended the Intercontinental Championship against him at Money in the Bank 2025.

Vince Russo comments on Bronson Reed’s gimmick on WWE RAW

Former WWE writer Vince Russo recently shared his thoughts on Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker wearing all black on RAW.

Reed returned last month to align with Seth Rollins, Bron Breakker, and Paul Heyman. The 36-year-old and Breakker are now wearing black outfits as part of the faction.

Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling’s Legion of RAW show, Russo stated that the company needed to give the duo a team name or some kind of gimmick to work with. He added that simply giving them matching gear on RAW was not enough.

“My thing with this is, why are they coming out in black gear? Give them some kind of a gimmick, give them some kind of a name. They shouldn’t just be coming out in matching black gear.” [From 56:27 onwards]

Bronson Reed is a former NXT North American Champion but has never captured a title on WWE’s main roster. He will be in action in a Fatal 4-Way match in the King of the Ring tournament next week on WWE RAW, and the winner of the tournament will be awarded a title shot at SummerSlam. Only time will tell if Bronson Reed can win the King of the Ring tournament this year.
